Lucy Q. Williams is a poet, writer and author of the women’s fiction novel When the Bough Breaks. She currently resides in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia with her two children, three cats, and her dog. 

She began her writing journey at the age of 10, when she was rarely seen without pen and paper in hand. Her love for the written word grew steadily over the years. and her work can be found in several e-zine across the internet.

Lucy was the 1st place winner of the Summer 2014 Writers Weekly 24-Hour short story contest. She is also a contributing poet in the anthology 50 Haikus: Volume 1, Issue 6.
